Since 1999, Texana Center has been recognized as the expert for mental health, autism, and developmental disabilities services throughout Fort Bend, Austin, Colorado, Matagorda, Waller, and Wharton counties. Our caring staff provides assessment, treatment, and coordination to help children and adults navigate life with clarity. Texana Center is also designated as the Local Mental Health Authority (LMHA) and the Local Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority (LIDDA).
